Electrical work is the trade most often blamed at handover and least often resourced properly during the programme. Kahromeca exists so that Al Wathna never has to sub that risk out to whoever was cheapest at tender.
Containment, distribution, controls and lighting are designed, installed, tested and commissioned by the same department — so the person signing the test sheets is the person who pulled the cable.
