General Contracting
Enterprises is where most people first meet Al Wathna. It is the division that pours the raft, frames the structure, closes the envelope and hands over a building that is ready to occupy — not ready for another contractor to finish.
The teams are in-house by design. Civil, electrical, HVAC and finishing crews sit within one organisation and one programme, so the coordination that normally becomes the client's problem is settled internally, before it reaches site.
